Words are not my friend.
My thoughts are too crazy to finish sentences
I open my mouth.
I try to speak
I WANT to be normal
While everyone else can talk for days,
Spew bullshit words
out of their mouth, nose, ass,
All I can do is draw.
I draw for the mother I love
I draw for the lover I never had
I draw to connect the fragments
Heads with no arms,
faces without names
Words and thoughts in languages I can’t understand
I don’t want to understand
I want to be left alone
Locked in a room not with padded walls
But with paper and pens and paint
My art is my sanity.
